Getting Around
Cook Islands Holidays
Rental cars are available on the main islands and scooters are prolific. Do NOT drink and drive – the laws are strict. Taxis are limited as is night lighting around the Cook Island roads, so watch out when taking an evening stroll. Cycling is a great way to get around – bikes are available for hire. In Rarotonga there is the island bus; it goes clockwise and anticlockwise and will pick up and drop off upon request.
